Kind regards,
Installing it
New Outlook (Windows) & Outlook on the web
- Click Copy signature above.
- In Outlook: Settings → Accounts → Signatures (web: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply).
- Click + New signature, name it, click in the editor and paste (
Ctrl/Cmd + V). - Set it as the default for new messages (and the compact version for replies/forwards). Save.
Classic Outlook (Windows)
- Easiest: File → Options → Mail → Signatures…, click New, paste into the editor, Save.
- Pixel-perfect alternative: click Download .htm, then open
%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signaturesin File Explorer and drop the file in. Restart Outlook and pick it in the Signatures dialog.
Outlook for Mac
- Click Copy signature.
- Outlook → Settings → Signatures → +, paste into the editor, Save.
- Set defaults under Choose default signatures.
Outlook mobile (iOS / Android)
- The mobile app only supports plain-ish signatures. Turn on Settings → Signature and paste, or enable roaming signatures in Outlook on the web so your desktop signature syncs.
Paste from Chrome, Edge or Safari for best results. If the logo shows as a broken image while composing, it's usually just Outlook blocking remote images in its editor — it sends fine.
